Through his company The Rivertide Group LLC, Phil provides transitional management services to public, private and non-profit organizations, including strategic planning, resource alignment, stakeholder communication, business development and executive leadership.
Phil has a B.A. in Political Science/International Development from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics (WSBE) at the University of New Hampshire. He currently serves as President of the Whittemore MBA Club, a professional and social networking group that includes all MBA graduates of WSBE.

Ralph Reckis, Treasurer

Ralph’s background is in accounting and administration. He currently works for BAE Systems in Nashua, New Hampshire. He graduated from Bentley College with a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1976. He is a Certified Internal Auditor. He served four years in the Navy, two years sea duty and in the Pentagon in Washington, DC for two years.
Ralph is involved with both University of New Hampshire and Bentley College alumni affairs and volunteers for the Greater Nashua United Way funds allocation effort annually. He is the current Chairman of the BAE Systems Employee Community Funds Allocation Committee. He serves on the Funds Allocation Committee of the Corporate Fund for statewide charitable donations representing BAE. He is the current Treasurer for the UNH MBA Alumni Club. He enjoys basketball, hiking, camping, and computers. He is married, has two children and resides in Hudson, New Hampshire.
